Process a Warranty

The requested info when processing a warranty:

Order ID: You can find this in the order history or invoice.
Model Number: You can find this in your order history, as well as on the packaging or the main body of the product.
S/N: The Serial number can be found on the main body of the product.It’s located on a sticker. 

Address: Your shipping address & return address

Reason: Why you request a warranty service
Note: Before BESWOOD can release a replacement, it is necessary to return the defective item for further quality inspection.

How to process a warranty:
