We can ONLY ship to U.S. address. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We cannot deliver to the following areas as well:Alaska, American Samoa,Guam,Hawaii,Marshall Islands,Northern Mariana Islands,Palau,Puerto Rico,Rhode Island,U.S. Virgin Islands,Armed Forces Americas.
We will send you a tracking number by email after your order is sent out.
Normally, it will take 3–7 business days for your order to reach you, depending on your location.
Wrong Product Shipped
If you receive a product that you did not order, please keep the product unused and in the original packaging and send an email to email@example.com . We will cover the cost of return shipping for that product.
If any product is damaged when you receive it, please follow the instructions on our www.beswood.com.au Return and Refund Policy page to receive a refund or exchange product.
Changing the Delivery Address
Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address after a product has shipped.
“Oversized Shipping” Charge
An oversized shipping charge may be incurred for bulk orders of large products. Any oversized shipping charge will be displayed before you complete your order.
Some orders may require a signature at the time of delivery. If a signature is required, the carrier will usually make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. The carrier may not deliver unless they receive a signature.
