Order Processing

It will take 1-2 business days to process & ship the order you place.

Warehouse Location

We ship from California warehouse.

Order Cancellation

For the blade order, it might be cancelled if you are unable to provide the Order ID number (For example, Amazon Order ID number)for the original meat slicer since the spare parts (blades) are only for after-sales service purpose.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be charged on orders that ship to California state.

Overseas Shipping

We only ship to US address. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO boxes address.

Shipping Cost

Shipping fee is free if you accept our standard shipping time (3~7 working days)

Order Tracking

We will send you a tracking number by email once the order is sent out.

Order Arrival

Normally, it will take 3-7 working days, it depends on your shipping location.

Receipt of Incorrect Product

If you believe you have received the incorrect item, please keep the item(s) unused and in the original packaging and send an email to: service@beswood.com.au. We will cover the cost of return shipping for that incorrect item.

We accept all major credit cards including Master Card, Visa and American Express.

Return policy

All regular items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging. A return credit will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the product. A restocking fee might be deducted. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged Items

If any item or packaging is damaged, please follow the below instruction:

  • Note it on the delivery receipt before signing
  • Keep your copy of the delivery receipt
  • Contact us within 1 business day
  • Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging

If your shipment is damaged and you do not note this on the delivery receipt, we CANNOT guarantee any compensation for damages. Signing the delivery receipt without noting any damage means that you have received your shipment in acceptable condition.

Security

Security and privacy are of top priority. We do not store your credit card information.

Sharing Information

We use third party providers to ship orders and to process credit card transactions. We only provide these companies the appropriate and necessary information. They do not store, share, or retain this information in any way.
